TOLEDO, Ohio — Police are looking for the driver who hit a motorcycle and injured both the rider and passenger on Wednesday night.
The crash happened around 11:30 p.m. in downtown Toledo at Monroe St. and N. Huron St.
Police say a motorcycle with a rider and passenger were headed down Monroe St. approaching N. Huron when they were hit by a car turning left onto N. Huron from Monroe St.
Police say the driver of the motorcycle was forced to lay the bike down in an attempt to avoid the crash, and both the rider and passenger were ejected.
Police saw the car, believed to be a white sedan, failed to yield and fled the scene after the crash.
The driver of the motorcycle was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, while the passenger suffered minor injuries.
