MAUMEE, Ohio — Girl Named Tom, a sibling trio from northwest Ohio that won Season 21 of "The Voice," will be playing a free concert in Uptown Maumee.
The concert, hosted by Sunshine Communities, is to celebrate the family home care's 75th anniversary.
"Join us for an evening of music and community, marking 75 years of creating meaningful connections. Join us as we honor our mission to support people with developmental disabilities and their families through life-changing programs," Sunshine Communities said in a press release.
The concert will be held on Saturday, Sept. 7. The event opens at 5 p.m., followed by the opening act of Chloe and the Steel Strings at 5:30. Girl Named Tom is set to start at 7:15 p.m.
Sunshine Communities said the concert stage will be at the intersection of Conant Street and Dudley Street. There will also be food trucks at the event.
Girl Named Tom, featuring Bekah, Caleb and Joshua Liechty from Pettisville in Fulton County, was the first trio to win "The Voice" when they took home the top prize in 2021.
