BOWLING GREEN, Ohio — Barry Bagels, a northwest Ohio staple, will be opening a new location in Bowling Green.
James Nusbaum, the CEO of Barry Bagels Franchise Holdings, made the announcement on social media Friday.
"Barry Bagels and our new franchisees Laura Heringhaus and Marlon Michael Sierra are excited to bring a location to the greater Bowling Green area," Nusbaum said.
A specific location and opening date was not yet known but will be provided when that information becomes available, according to Nusbaum.
Barry Greenblatt, the founder of Barry Bagels, opened the first location in Toledo in 1972. Nusbaum said that the restaurant now has 45 locations open or under development in four states.
