TOLEDO, OH (WTOL) - A woman is dead and a man is hurt after a shooting in central Toledo on Wednesday night.
The shooting happened on Belmont Avenue near Hoag Street around 10:30 p.m.
Police say 20-year-old Spar'Quelle Codo was found suffering from one gunshot wound at the scene.
Police say Codo was treated at the scene and taken to the hospital where she later died.
Police say 19-year-old Kale Evans was shot in the foot and taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. He was treated and released.
Detectives are investigating to determine if this shooting is related to any other shootings from the past few weeks.
This is the second deadly shooting in three days.
