Police: 16-year-old shot in south Toledo

The victim told police he was riding his bike in the area of Orchard and Stebbins streets when unknown people began shooting at him.

TOLEDO, Ohio — A 16-year-old arrived at the hospital Thursday evening after he told police that he was shot while riding his bike in south Toledo.

According to Toledo police, the victim said he was riding his bike in the area of Orchard and Stebbins streets when three unknown people began shooting at him.

The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries after being struck in the knee.
