TOLEDO, Ohio — Two people were shot in east Toledo near Consaul and Front streets late Thursday night, according to police.
Toledo police responded to the scene at the Birmingham Terrace apartment complex shortly after 11 p.m.
The two adult victims, aged 20 and 25, were hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries, police said in a report. Both suspects were transported to the hospital.
Police said they were met with a "modicum of cooperation" and were not able to locate the scene.
Police say no shell casings were found at the scene, which was cleared at about 12:30 a.m. on Friday. Police also said no ShotSpotter alerts went off.
