SENECA COUNTY, Ohio — Authorities are searching for a man who allegedly supplied narcotics to another person which led to an overdose death in Fostoria.
The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of Michael Toney, 43, who is wanted by the Seneca County Sheriff's Office and U.S. Marshals for involuntary manslaughter.
Authorities said Toney is approximately 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighs about 200 pounds. He is said to frequent the Toledo and Cleveland areas.
