TOLEDO, Ohio — A grand jury indicted a man on multiple charges, including murder, Tuesday in the west Toledo shooting death of 42-year-old Brian McCoy.
According to a court document, Hassan Diab, 25, was indicted on the following counts:
- Aggravated murder, with a firearm specification
- Two counts of murder, each with a firearm specification
- Felonious assault, a second-degree felony with a firearm specification
- Tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony
Diab is accused of shooting and killing McCoy on Greenway Street near Ottawa Park on the night of Oct. 4. McCoy was declared dead at the scene. Officers arrested Diab.
A judge set Diab's bond at $500,000, no percent.
