FINDLAY, Ohio — A man was arrested after he struck into two houses in Findlay while driving under the influence, according to police.
Police say a driver was westbound on Tiffin Avenue at high speeds, approaching a curve. He failed to turn and struck two houses on the 300 block of Center Street, according to the incident report.
He first went into a home, causing extensive damage, then continued into the next-door house, where he came to a stop, according to police.
Police say the driver fled the scene but was located later. He was arrested and cited for driving under the influence, reckless operation and leaving the scene.
Both homes were unoccupied at the time of the incident.
