TOLEDO, Ohio — A 26-year-old east Toledo man is now facing two counts of assault of a peace officer.
Michael Stone was arrested early Sunday morning.
Stone is accused of punching a police officer multiple times, getting control of his stun gun and using it against his left knee while the officer attempted to make an arrest, according to the police report.
There is no word on the officer's condition.
Stone is still due in court.
