Crews shut down all but one lane of I-75 north during the clean up process. Toledo police were not involved in the pursuit, TPD said, but officers did assist in blocking lanes and directing traffic.
Blue was arrested and charged in Perrysburg Municipal Court on multiple traffic and criminal violations including failure to comply and driving under suspension.
The circumstances leading up to the pursuit were not made available in the police report.
