TOLEDO, Ohio — A man is behind bars after police say he tried to hit a police officer with his car at the CVS on Monroe and Douglas.
Records show a TPD officer tried to stop 44-year-old Richard Lusk during a drug investigation when Lusk tried to get away by intentionally hitting the officer.
Lusk is charged with felonious assault and reckless operation and will be in court next week.
