TOLEDO, Ohio — A Toledo man was arrested for allegedly shooting another person in the head outside a west Toledo apartment complex earlier this month.
Trevor Johnson, 32, was taken into custody Wednesday and charged with felonious assault. Johnson made his initial appearance in Toledo Municipal Court Thursday where a judge set his bond at $500,000.
He's accused of shooting a 21-year-old in the head outside the Palmer Gardens apartment complex just before midnight on June 3 following an alleged altercation, police said.
Police said the victim was in critical condition following the shooting.
