TOLEDO, Ohio — A man was sent to the hospital after being shot in north Toledo on Saturday morning.
Toledo police said they responded to the 800 block of North Huron Street between Walnut Street and Locust Street just before 10:30 a.m. When crews arrived on the scene, they said they found a 32-year-old man unresponsive with a single gunshot wound to his neck and jaw area.
The victim was transported to the hospital. At the time of the report on Saturday, the man was stated to be in "potentially life-threatening condition," according to TPD.
Toledo police continue to investigate and it is not known if any suspects are in custody related to the incident.
