TOLEDO, Ohio — An east Toledo discount store was robbed by a masked man armed with a weapon Thursday night.
Police responded to the scene at a Family Dollar in the 600 block of East Broadway Street, where a robbery reportedly happened just before 8:45 p.m. Thursday, according to a Toledo Police Department report.
The suspect, described by police as a masked man, entered the store and showed a firearm, TPD said. The suspect then stole an unspecified amount of cash from the register.
No further description of the suspect was provided in the report and no one was injured.
