BRYAN, Ohio — A Montpelier man pleaded guilty in late June in the Williams County Court of Common Pleas to raping an 11-year-old, according to court documents.
The charge against Ray Ramos, 53, which specifies he is a "sexually violent predator," carries a mandatory life sentence with the possibility for parole after 25 years, court documents state.
As part of the plea agreement, six other counts of rape will be dismissed.
Ramos is scheduled to be sentenced on July 24 at 10 a.m.
