LEIPSIC, Ohio — Authorities arrested a man suspected of killing one person and injuring another in a shooting Thursday afternoon at a Putnam County trucking company, according to the Putnam County Sheriff's Office.
Sheriff's deputies responded to shots being fired at Kitchen Enterprises Trucking Company, about two miles southeast of Leipsic, just after 4 p.m. and found Farrah Croninger, 30, of Deshler, dead, and Michael Kitchen, 56, of Ottawa, injured.
Kitchen was taken to the hospital and the extent of his injuries are unknown at this time, according to the sheriff's office.
Konner Dunklee, 26, of Lima, was arrested later Thursday in Allen County after fleeing the scene at the trucking company and taken to the Putnam County Adult Detention Center.
Dunklee appeared in court Friday for an arraignment. Dunklee was charged with aggravated murder, murder and attempted murder. A judge set Dunklee's bond at $1 million. If posted, Dunklee must not go within 1000 feet of Kitchen's residence or have any contact with the victim.
The case is still under investigation, the sheriff's office said.
