ERIE COUNTY, OHIO, Ohio — Perkins Township Police announced Wednesday that an Erie County Grand Jury has returned multiple indictments against Perkins Township resident, Dung Tran, 46.
Tran has been indicted on four felony counts of rape in the first degree and two felony counts of gross sexual imposition in the fourth degree.
Tran was in the Erie County Jail Wednesday, police said.
The case is related to Tran's involvement with French Nails and Spa in Perkins Township, police said.
Police encouraged anyone who may have had contact with Tran to contact the department's detective bureau at 419-627-0824 ext. 5.
