TOLEDO, Ohio — Police are investigating after a person was shot in central Toledo Wednesday evening.
According to Toledo police, they responded to the UP Market at 1941 Dorr Street around 6 p.m. for a report of a shooting. They said a ShotSpotter alert was also reported in the area.
TPD said when they arrived on the scene, evidence of a shooting was located inside and outside of the market.
A 26-year-old was driven to the hospital by a private vehicle for at least one gunshot wound, police said. Their condition is unknown.
