TOLEDO, Ohio — A person was sent to the hospital after being shot in central Toledo Saturday night.
According to Toledo police, they responded to 901 Lincoln Avenue around 11:30 p.m. for a ShotSpotter alert that became a person shot call.
When crews arrived at the scene, they said they found the victim suffering from what appeared to be a gunshot wound. They were taken to the hospital and their condition is unknown.
Toledo police said a house on Lincoln Avenue was also struck during the incident, but there were no injuries at that location.
