TOLEDO, Ohio — A person who was shot in the head after a fight in north Toledo overnight Tuesday was hospitalized and treated for non-life-threatening injuries, according to a Toledo police report.
The suspect who shot the victim fled the scene at the corner of Bush and North Erie streets and has not yet been located, police told WTOL 11 at the scene overnight.
According to police, the fight happened between two people at a store near the scene and led to a person pulling out a gun and firing, striking the 31-year-old victim in the right side of the head.
