Rossford City Council member pleads guilty to OVI

ROSSFORD, Ohio — A Rossford City Council member pleaded guilty Monday to operating a vehicle under the influence in March.

Previous hit-skip and failure to control charges against Christopher Heban were dismissed.

According to a police report, the incident occurred at the intersection of Glenwood Road and Santus Drive in Rossford at about 9:30 p.m. on March 17 after police received a call for a reckless vehicle. Heban was then arrested and charged with an OVI.
