Police looking for three suspects who crashed car in pursuit

Police said the car fled at high speeds and lost control before crashing into trees. Three individuals then ran from the scene.

PERRYSBURG, Ohio — Rossford police are looking for three individuals who ran off after crashing a car during a high-speed pursuit. 

The incident happened just before 4 a.m. Police said the driver fled from police and lost control crashing into trees. 

Three individuals from the car then took off on 7-95 near Hufford Road.

Police told WTOL 11 they spoke to the driver of the car by calling the suspect's cell phone.

Officers used two drones in the area nearby to try and find the suspects but efforts were unsuccessful.

According to police at the scene, authorities matched the driver’s identity after a nearby Ring camera captured them during the incident.

Authorities also said the three individuals are believed to have broken into several cars at a nearby hotel.  

No arrests have been made.
