TOLEDO, Ohio — Multiple Toledo homes and vehicles were struck by gunfire during the weekend, according to separate police reports.

Officers responded to a call for shots fired at 12:35 a.m. in the 1800 block of Stahlwood Avenue. Police arrived to the area in west Toledo, where they located holes in the exterior of a home due to gunfire. Additionally, officers said they found "numerous" shell casings in the street in front of the residence, according to a police report.

No one was injured in the incident.

Then, at 12:56 a.m., police began to respond to a ShotSpotter alert in the 400 block of Austin Street; however, en route, police said they received information that a residence in the 2700 block of Elm Street in north Toledo was struck by gunfire.
