TOLEDO, Ohio — Police are investigating after a driver reported gunfire striking their vehicle while driving in west Toledo Tuesday.
According to a Toledo police report, police responded to a call for shots fired at the intersection of West Sylvania Avenue and Jackman Road around 10 a.m. At the scene, a victim told police she was driving when two unknown suspects had fired a round that hit her car. The driver was not injured.
The suspects then fled the area. Police said they checked the area for suspects, but did not list any arrests in the report.
