Lucas Co. Sheriff's Office working to identify suspect in Springfield Township robbery

Police said the suspect was also wanted in another incident in Toledo.

SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP, Ohio — The Lucas County Sheriff's Office is seeking information on a suspect wanted in an alleged aggravated robbery in Springfield Township. 

According to a social media post from the agency, authorities are looking to identify the suspect, whom they claimed was involved in an aggravated robbery at 6155 Trust Dr. early Monday. The suspect was described as being tall, with a slender build, and was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt with a large Under Armour logo on the front. The suspect was also wearing black pants and large glasses, authorities said. 

The suspect is also wanted for a similar incident in Toledo, also on Monday, police said. The sheriff's office did not say if the incidents resulted in any injuries.
