TOLEDO, Ohio — One person was taken to the hospital after a stabbing in north Toledo Monday night.
According to a Toledo police report, officers responded to the Greenbelt Place Apartments in the 700 block of Cherry Street at approximately 11:30 p.m. on a call for a person stabbed. Police found the victim in the parking lot, suffering from a large laceration on the right side of the lower back.
Emergency crews transported the victim to the hospital for the injury, which police described in the report as serious, but not life-threatening.

No suspects were named in the incident. Police continue to investigate.
