TOLEDO, Ohio — Editor's note: This story has been updated to include information about the arrest of two additional suspects.
A suspect in the fatal January shooting of a pregnant woman in south Toledo is in custody and was booked into the Lucas County Jail on Thursday.
An arrest warrant was issued earlier this month for Paris James, 35, charging him with two counts of premeditated aggravated murder after allegedly shooting and killing 34-year-old Tameisha Price, resulting in the death of her unborn child. According to a Toledo police press release, James turned himself in to authorities Thursday.
Two other suspects were also arrested and charged. Jerry Scott, 26, was charged with two counts of aggravated murder-premediated. 34-year-old Shatwiya Triplett was arrested and charged with obstructing justice, police said.

According to court documents, detectives said that Scott did participate in the planning and execution of the plan that resulted in the death of Price. Court documents also stated that Triplett, who detectives said is James' live-in girlfriend, provided an alibi for James that was later proven to be false.
The shooting happened just before 5 a.m. in the 5300 block of Norton Place near Reynolds Road and Airport Highway on Jan. 24. Officers responded to reports of a person shot and found Price suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Police said the shooting was planned.
The Lucas County Coroner revealed the cause of death as multiple gunshot wounds and the manner of death as a homicide. The coroner also said that a separate fetal death certificate for Price's unborn baby girl would be issued after the autopsy ruled the cause of death as complications with maternal gunshot wounds.
