Police responded to the shooting outside of an apartment complex near Dorr and Ewing streets just before 10 p.m. on Sept. 4.
According to Toledo police, 20-year-old Hahsaan Price was found suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Price was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said.
According to court records, during the course of an argument, Caulton Jr. allegedly shot Price multiple times.
