TOLEDO, Ohio — Toledo police are searching for a suspect who robbed a Dollar General at gunpoint on Monday, June 8. The incident happened around 9:51 p.m., according to a police report.
Authorities state that only one person was working at the Dollar General on East Broadway Street, near Starr Avenue, at the time of the robbery.
According to police, the suspect entered the store and made threatening remarks while holding a firearm before fleeing with the business' cash registers.
The Dollar Store employee was not harmed during the incident.
