TOLEDO, Ohio — A Toledo man is being charged with felonious assault for a July shooting.
Cody Burns, 27, was charged for allegedly shooting Russell Kiker in the stomach in Andrea's Sports Pub's parking lot on July 23.
Kiker and a witness told detectives that the shooting happened while Kiker was leaving the bar.
