TOLEDO, Ohio — A Lucas County grand jury on Wednesday indicted a Toledo man accused of filming and creating videos of a naked 15-year-old girl.
Justin Carmony, 35, was indicted on 25 second-degree felony counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance, according to court documents.
Carmony was arrested in August and accused of creating the videos of the minor while she was in and out of the shower at a home in east Toledo. He admitted to creating the videos, too, according to court documents.
