Toledo mother and daughter break into home, assault person inside and steal their dog, court records say

Court records state that Debra Begg is charged with aggravated burglary in the incident. Her daughter was also booked into the Juvenile Justice Center.

TOLEDO, Ohio — A Toledo woman and her daughter were arrested after allegedly breaking into a home in west Toledo, assaulting a person inside and stealing a dog, according to court records.

Debra Begg is charged with aggravated burglary in the incident. 

Court documents state that she pushed her way through the front door of a home on Dixon Avenue. While inside she assaulted the victim and took a dog. 

Begg then got into a car with her juvenile daughter and left. 

The mother was released from jail on a SOR bond and is due back in court on Nov. 9. She was ordered to have no contact with the victim. 

Begg's daughter was booked into the Juvenile Justice Center.
