TOLEDO, Ohio — Two men have been arrested and indicted in the death of a 24-year-old man who was shot in an east Toledo home on May 24.
Police say officers were dispatched to the 530 block of Earl Street on a person shot call.
Once officers arrived, they found Dashaun Love suffering from one gunshot wound inside the residence. He passed away at the scene, according to police.
On June 30, Kejaun Holston, 23, was arrested and was indicted on July 10 in complicity in commission of murder, felonious assault and gun charges in relation to Love's death.
On July 10, 21-year-old Ahmed Bireir was also arrested in connection to Love's death and was indicted on murder, felonious assault and gun charges.
Bireir and Holston are currently being held in the Lucas County Jail.
