TOLEDO, Ohio — A 19-year-old Toledo woman was arrested for stabbing a person during a fight on Thursday, according to court documents.
Merica Eskridge was booked into Lucas County Jail and charged with aggravated assault after she admitted to detectives that she stabbed the victim in the arm during a fight.
Eskridge told detectives that she went to a separate room from where the fight occurred and grabbed a knife from a dish strainer. Court documents state that Eskridge told officers that she "blacked out" during the incident.
It is unknown the extent of the injuries to the victim.
