TOLEDO, Ohio — A Toledo woman was arrested Friday after police say she shot a man in the face with a handgun.
Anna Sigarroa was charged with felonious assault and is being held on a $50,000 bond. According to a police report, Christopher Scott was shot in the face just before midnight.
