TOLEDO, Ohio — A traffic stop turned into a pursuit with police in downtown Toledo.
Police at the scene told WTOL the woman was driving with her high beams on and they tried to pull her over near Dorr Street and Detroit Avenue when she took off.
During the pursuit, two city-owned vehicles were accidnetally spiked, causing flat tires, police said in a report.
The suspect vehicle's tires were eventually spiked, stopping the vehicle at the front entrance of the Hilton Garden Inn on North Summit Street. Police said they then arrested 35-year-old Keisha Taylor, who had a non-summonsable warrant, without incident.
Taylor was charged with felony failure to comply and possession of controlled substance - cocaine, according to court documents.
No injuries were reported.
