TOLEDO, Ohio — UPDATE: Police arrested 31-year-old Ramon Juarez and charged him with two counts of felonious assault in connection with Tuesday's shooting. According to court documents, Jaurez shot the victims from the passenger seat of a moving vehicle.
Juarez was booked at the Lucas County Jail and is scheduled for arraignment Thursday morning.

Two people were rushed to the hospital with injuries after an early morning drive-by shooting in south Toledo.
At 1:34 a.m., Toledo police responded to reports of two people shot at a residence on the 700 block of Thomas Street near Lotus Avenue.
When officers arrived, they found a 26-year-old man inside a vehicle with mulitple gunshot wounds. A second victim, also 26, was found nearby on a front porch with one gunshot wound.
Officers at the scene told WTOL 11 two men were inside a car when someone drove up beside them and started shooting. Several bullet casing were found scattered in the street near the crime scene, according to police.
Toledo Fire & Rescue took both victims to the hospital. At this time, one of the victims is in critical condition while the other is stable.
A third victim, who told police his house was struck by bullets during the incident, was uninjured.
