FULTON COUNTY, OHIO, Ohio — Two people were arrested after fleeing from deputies in Fulton County following an alleged breaking and entering Monday morning.
The Fulton County Sheriff's Office said they received a call at 5:38 a.m. of a breaking and entering in progress. When deputies arrived on the scene, they said they saw a suspect vehicle and attempted to stop it but the driver did not stop and a pursuit ensued.
According to the FCSO, the vehicle drove through a field near Bancroft Street and State Route 295 in Spencer Township and crashed into a ditch. They said the driver and passenger then fled on foot but were later captured.
Both suspects are incarcerated at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio with charges pending.
The sheriff's office said they later took a complaint of a stolen side-by-side at the residence of the original caller.
