TOLEDO, Ohio — Two men were convicted Monday for their roles in a 2021 murder at a Toledo bar.
Michael Marsh entered an Alford plea Tuesday in Lucas County Common Pleas Court and was found guilty of murder by the judge. He previously pleaded not guilty to killing 64-year-old Earl Price Jr. at the Last Chance Saloon in east Toledo in August 2021.
Another man, Aaron Short, entered an Alford plea to obstructing justice and was found guilty.
Marsh will be sentenced March 9 and Short will be sentenced March 30.
