TOLEDO, Ohio — Two people were shot in south Toledo and hospitalized Monday night.
Toledo police responded to the shooting on at Norwich Apartments on Norwich Road, just north of the Reynolds Road and Airport Highway intersection at about 10:30 p.m.
Police at the scene said both victims were adult men. A 22-year-old Toledo man drove himself to the hospital and the other victim, a 22-year-old man, was taken to the hospital by ambulance.
According to a report from Toledo police Tuesday, the 22-year-old victim was in serious condition Monday night. Information on the other shooting victim was not available.
Officers detained one person for questioning at the scene and later released that person, according to the police report.
