TOLEDO, Ohio — A woman was shot at the Docks early Friday morning in east Toledo.
Toledo Police responded to St. Vincent's Hospital at 2 a.m. for a walk-in gunshot wound victim. April Sylvester, 25, was suffering from non-life threatening gunshot wounds to the back and side.
According to a police report, several witnesses stated they saw Sylvester get shot while "hanging out" at the Docks. There are no suspects at this time.
Police are investigating.
