MANSFIELD, OH (WTOL) - "Dog the Bounty Hunter" is coming to Ohio to join the hunt for Shawn Christy, according to the Mansfield News Journal.
The Mansfield News Journal reports world-famous hunter Duane Chapman was retained by a friend of the Christy family.
Christy is accused of threatening to shoot President Trump and is believed to be in the Mansfield area.
Champan says he doesn't believe Christy is armed and has sent messages to him in an attempt to get him to surrender.
Christy is not a career criminal.
Chapman says that he often goes after America's Most Wanted, according to the Mansfield News Journal.
He will be in Mansfield next week.
