TOLEDO (WTOL) - The family of a woman who has been missing for four years went to Toledo police headquarters Wednesday with signs to bring awareness to missing people cases in the area.
Tuesday marked the fourth year Tina Williamson went missing and police still don’t have any leads on her disappearance.
Williamson, who would be 33 years-old now, left her home in North Toledo on a Thursday with her cellphone but left other belongings behind hasn’t been seen since.
Williamson’s mother, Jaime Townes, said people need to know that the Toledo Police Department needs help from the public with these cases.
TPD published a photo of Williamson on their Facebook page Wednesday after Williamson’s relatives and friends gathered in front of their office.
Toledo police spokesman Lt. Kevan Toney said that having family members speak out and contact detectives help finding answers.
Townes said she wants people to know that there is a $20,000 reward for any tip that leads them to Williamson.
