FINDLAY, OH (WTOL) - A government watchdog says the Findlay airport should not receive millions of dollars from the federal government.
Nearly 5 million dollars in stimulus money is being allocated for a new taxiway in Findlay, but the Transportation Department Inspector General says Findlay's airport does not provide commercial passenger service and only has limited flight operations.
A government official says the grants are being used to help small airports meet safety standards.
