Mercy Health announces schedule for mobile mammography van

The health care provider will bring its mobile breast cancer screening to 20 different locations in northwest Ohio in January 2024.

TOLEDO, Ohio — Mercy Health's mobile breast cancer screening may be coming to a location near you in January 2024.

The health care provider's mammography van will stop at 20 different locations in northwest Ohio throughout next month.

The vehicle makes it convenient for women to get safe and easy breast cancer screenings, delivering 3D mammograms to women 40 years and older.

"It is equipped with the newest 3D technology and offers patients the option of self-compression, meaning the patient will have the ability to control the compression once they are in position," Mercy Health said in a press release Monday.

The mammography van will visit the following locations on the listed dates:
