TOLEDO (WTOL) - A local activist will face a judge on Wednesday.
Toledo police arrested Sir Maejor Page last night during the city council meeting.
Page is accused of disrupting the meeting.
He is charged with obstructing official business, disturbing a lawful meeting and resisting arrest.
