TOLEDO, Ohio — UPDATE: Toledo police have located a12-year-old who went missing from a west Toledo neighborhood on Saturday afternoon.
Police say Hugo Serrano is missing from the 200 block of Willamont Road between North Detroit Avenue and Telegraph Road.
Hugo is 5’2, 100 lbs. and wearing a black shirt and blue jeans.
Police say there are concerns for Hugo’s safety.
Police are asking people who may have information about Hugo's whereabouts or who may have seen him to call Crime Stoppers at 419-255-1111.
