TOLEDO, Ohio — UPDATE: Toledo Police stated that Raymond Caldwell has been located and is no longer considered a missing person.
The Toledo Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a missing person from west Toledo.
Raymond Caldwell, 36, is missing from the 1900 block of Sussex Place. Police said Caldwell is 6-foot-1, 175 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information is asked to call or text Crime Stoppers at 419-255-1111. You may be eligible for a reward of up to $5,000 or more.
