TOLEDO, Ohio — The 38-year-old man arrested on a murder charge at the scene of a homicide in west Toledo on Sept. 10 has been indicted on five charges on Tuesday.
Adam Links was indicted by a Lucas County Grand Jury on charges of aggravated murder, aggravated robbery, murder, felonious assault and abuse of a corpse.
Eric Ham, 40, was shot at least one time inside Links' home near the corner of Grantley Road and Westbrook Drive between Sylvania Avenue and Laskey Road, according to Toledo police.
Court documents show Links told police he Ham with an "AK" style weapon one time.
A German shepherd was seen being removed from the home by Lucas County Canine Care and Control.
Ham's homicide is the third of the day on Sept. 10 in Toledo and the 44th of the year.
